Goat blue cheese

Description

Blucapra blue-veined soft cheese made from pasteurised goat's milk, salt, rennet and selected cultures. Similar in appearance to spicy gorgonzola but with a lighter rind, this cheese has a white paste rich in green veins. On the palate it is creamy and melt-in-your-mouth, but capable of leaving the mouth clean and rich in fragrance, making it ideal as a table cheese. The taste is not overly spicy, it is in fact slightly acidic and sweet.
