Cuisine, culture and excellence: Orobica Academy

At Orobica Food passion for the world of cooking and gastronomy automatically translates into passion for sharing our knowledge. For this reason, we have activated Orobica Academy, a special space inside our headquarters in Chiuduno dedicated to culinary courses, food and wine events, haute cuisine training courses, tastings of our excellent products, workshops and much more.

We decided to involve important experts of the sector and the producers themselves in this project, in order to understand all the phases of preparation and transformation and all the peculiarities of the product. In a word: culture! Culture of the raw material, of Italian traditions. Culture of good living.

In our equipped classrooms, we periodically host a wide range of events and seminars aimed at learning more about the Food & Beverage scene both in Italy and abroad. The real neapolitan pizza

Thanks to the collaboration of the technicians of the Mulino Caputo it will be possible to learn which are the fundamental characteristics of a true Neapolitan pizza.
