Pizzoccheri with 100% Italian organic whole buckwheat. Handmade pasta, bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. Produced by a pasta factory in Chiuro, a small village in the mountains of Valtellina. With their rustic flavour and intense taste they are perfect for cooking the traditional Valtellina dish with formagella, potatoes and Savoy cabbage.
