Description

100% Italian durum wheat semolina 'paccheri' pasta. Product obtained from a durum wheat semolina dough cultivated in Altamura and subjected to bronze extrusion, shaping and subsequent long drying on low-temperature frames. It's a type of pasta to be served preferably 'al dente', suitable for a variety of preparations: with burrata cheese and tomato sauce, fish or with aubergine and ricotta; it can also be used for tasty dishes such as stuffed, baked or fried pasta.
