100% Italian durum wheat semolina "linguine" pasta. Product obtained from a mixture of durum wheat semolina cultivated in Altamura and subjected to bronze extrusion, shaping and subsequent long drying on low-temperature frames. This product is suitable for the preparation of classic Ligurian recipes such as linguine with pesto, potatoes and green beans; it also goes well with tasty tomato-based sauces.
