Pasteurised chicken egg yolk in 1 kg pet bottle. Store in the fridge and after opening consume within 2 days. Ideal for bakeries, ice cream shops and gastronomies to prepare custard, ice cream, shortcrust pastry and sponge cake. Corresponds to approx. 50 yolks. Shake before use.
