CHOCOLATE SOFTNESS THAT MELTS IN THE MOUTH
The chocolate fondant with a soft centre is an elegant dessert, ready to serve, ideal for restaurants, hotels, bistros, pizzerias and bars that want to offer a refined after-meal option without complex preparation times. On the outside, it features a soft cocoa structure, while inside it reveals a warm, creamy core that melts when cut, delivering an intense and enveloping taste experience. Perfect to be served on its own or paired with ice cream, whipped cream or fresh fruit, it ensures a consistently appealing presentation. For service, simply heat the product in the microwave at 600W: 60 seconds if still frozen, or 30 seconds if already thawed. Store at –18°C; once thawed, keep refrigerated at +4°C for 1–2 days and do not refreeze.
