AMBER YELLOW COLOR FOR INVITING PRODUCTS
Remilled semolina made from selected durum wheat, with a particle size calibrated for fresh pasta, Altamura durum wheat bread and dusting. The fine re-milling improves the manual workability of the dough, ensuring a fragrant aroma, prolonged browning and a uniform amber-yellow colour. The quality of the gluten and the correct protein content give the dough consistency and stability, making the product ideal for bakeries, production facilities and artisan catering.
