This semi-finished mix for rice bread and focaccia, produced by Molino Colombo, is designed to provide a practical and reliable base for the professional production of rice bread and focaccia. The dough yields products with a distinctive flavour, balanced rise and a thin, soft, golden crust, ideal for enhancing both daily service and counter or side dishes. The semi-finished product has a powdery texture, a whitish colour and a characteristic aroma, with no unusual odours or flavours and free from foreign matter. An ideal solution for restaurants, pizzerias, bistros, bakeries and professional kitchens looking to streamline production whilst maintaining a high standard of quality. The product must be stored at a temperature below 17°C, in a dry place away from sources of heat and light, and kept in its original packaging.
