Vacuum-smoked scamorza is a stretched-curd cheese made from 100% Italian pasteurized cow's milk, naturally hot-smoked by burning beech wood. Produced according to traditional methods, it features a compact and soft paste, with a light color and an enveloping scent characteristic of natural smoking. On the palate it is balanced and delicately savoury, with a round and harmonious taste that is enhanced both at the table and in the kitchen. Ready to eat. To be stored between +2°C and +4°C. Consume within 48 hours after opening.
