This XL-cut julienne mozzarella, made from pasteurised cow’s milk, is designed for practical and tidy use in professional kitchens. The larger cut allows for even distribution and uniform melting during cooking, with good adhesion to the product. Its flavour is delicate and milky, while the colour is white with subtle straw-yellow hues. An ideal choice for pizzas, focaccia and baked preparations where a mozzarella that is easy to handle and consistent in performance is required. Store at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
