PURE WHITENESS AND A TENDER HEART OF 100% ITALIAN SHEEP’S MILK
Ricotta made from pasteurised sheep’s whey, with the typical truncated cone shape, compact and slightly crumbly. The extended aging enhances its aroma and gives it a full and pronounced flavour, with a white, grainy and pleasantly savoury texture. Ideal both as a table ricotta and for grating, it adds character and intensity to culinary preparations. Store at a temperature between +4°C and +8°C.
