WHITE CANDOR AND ITALIAN MILK SCENT
Quartirolo Lombardo DOP Sergio Arrigoni is a soft Italian cheese, made with Italian milk, salt and rennet, with a minimum maturation period of 5 days. Its pasta is crumbly and uniform, white in color, with a sustained and soft consistency, which allows it to be enjoyed even spread on toasted bread. The flavor is acidic and delicately aromatic, while the typical smell expresses all the freshness of Italian milk. Ideal as a table cheese, it pairs perfectly with salads, dried fruit, honey, or can enrich appetizers and aperitifs with fresh and lively notes. Store at 1°C to 6°C.
