AN ANCIENT SPECIALTY THAT RETAINS THE FLAVOR OF THE PAST
Aged stretched curd cheese made from raw cow's milk from the Sorrento peninsula, with at least 20% coming from Agerolese cows. Handcrafted within 48 hours of milking and aged for at least six months, it features a compact, elastic cream-colored paste with typical eye-like “partridge's eye” and a thin yellowish crust. Its sweet and buttery flavor evolves over time into more intense and spicy notes, providing a rich and complex taste experience. Perfect to enjoy natural, in cutting boards or to enrich traditional Campanian dishes. To be stored at +12°C.
