Morlacco del Grappa is a semi-cooked table cheese made from whole cow's milk, produced exclusively in the Grappa massif and foothills. Cylindrical in shape with a slightly convex barefoot and flat or nearly flat faces, it has a thin, striped crust of straw yellow color, which encloses a soft, fragrant paste. After a minimum of 2 weeks of maturation, it releases a strong and characteristic aroma, with milk notes and aromatic nuances that make it pleasantly tantalizing. Perfect to enjoy plain or in combination with rustic bread and honey, it brings all the genuine taste of the cheesemaking tradition to the table. To be stored between +4°C and +10°C
