Description

Medium-long ripening sheep's milk cheese treated on the surface with Chianti DOCG wine and olive oil base. Ingredients: pasteurised sheep's milk, Chianti DOCG wine, Volterra salt, rennet and milk enzymes. Its white, compact paste tends to take on chalky facets as it matures, and the brown rind is the result of treatment with olive oil fondami. Ideal as a table cheese.
