Sepi Formaggi long-aged grated Pecorino Romano DOP, produced in Sardinia with thermized whole sheep's milk, lactic ferments, salt and lamb rennet according to the DOP specifications. Its hard, cooked pasta releases an intense and fragrant aroma, while the flavor is bold, salty, and aromatic, perfect for enhancing traditional Italian first courses such as cacio e pepe, carbonara, and amatriciana. The cheese has a cylindrical shape with flat faces and a straight barefoot, a smooth crust and a slightly glanced white or light straw-colored dough. The grainy texture allows for easy grating, ensuring uniform dosage and consistent flavor in professional cooking. The 250g envelope format, 12-piece cardboard, is ideal for everyday use in Ho.Re.Ca., ensuring practicality, freshness and consistent quality.
