THE AUTHENTIC TASTE OF SARDINIA, SOFT AND AROMATIC
Pecorino Sardo Iscia is a compact cheese made from pasteurized sheep's milk, coagulated at 38°C according to Sardinian cheesemaking tradition. The non-edible crust, smooth or slightly ridged according to the size, has a straw yellow color with a medium thickness, treated on the surface with preservatives and natural dyes. The pasta is ivory white in color, tending towards straw-yellow as it ages, and is characterized by a sweet and muted flavor, with pleasant vegetal aromas that evolve into more aromatic notes over time. Perfect to enjoy alone, in a cutting board or paired with honey and jams, bring the essence of sheep's milk and Sardinian tradition to the table. To be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature between +5°C and +6°C.
