Taggiasche olive are a cultivar typical above all of western Liguria, where they are grown close to the sea, an ideal microclimate ideal for their maturation and processed by a local artisan company. This sauce has a strong but harmonious flavor that makes it suitable to be consumed with focaccia, bruschettas, crackers and breadsticks.
