Description

"Bruschetta campagnola" in extra virgin olive oil with mixed vegetables: courgettes, aubergines, green and red peppers, green olives, dried tomatoes, celery, carrots, capers, black pepper, garlic, mint and citric acid. Ideal as an aperitif spread on toasted bread, with crackers and breadsticks, or as a side dish for fish dishes. Handmade with artisanal methods, using quality local raw materials from the suggestive Sila landscape, where flavours of Calabria, the Mediterranean and spicy meet.
