Spicy Tropean bruschetta in extra virgin olive oil made with red onions from Tropea Calabria PGI, chilli peppers, aubergines, artichokes, peppers, olives, salt and citric acid. Ideal as an aperitif spread on toasted bread, with crackers and breadsticks, or as a side dish for fish dishes. Handmade with artisanal methods, using quality local raw materials from the suggestive Sila landscape, where flavours of Calabria, the Mediterranean and spicy meet.
