Description

Black olive pâté in extra virgin olive oil, made from black olive pulp, anchovies, capers, almonds, garlic, pine nuts, basil, parsley, black pepper, salt and citric acid. Ideal to accompany toasted bread and other baked goods, excellent as an aperitif or snack. Handmade with artisanal methods, using quality local raw materials from the suggestive Sila landscape, where flavours of Calabria, the Mediterranean and spicy meet.
