Cured and half-smoked pork belly. Produced from a fresh, lean cut of bacon, which is salted and lightly smoked with spices and natural flavourings. Ingredients: pork belly, salt, dextrose, glucose, sugar, spices and spice extracts, natural flavourings, antioxidant and preservatives. A product with a tasty flavour, a slight hint of smoke and a soft, compact consistency. Ideal for savoury breakfasts or inside burgers.
