After preparation with salt, pepper, and natural flavors, the cut is rolled and subjected to a slow curing process of at least 90–100 days, a process that allows the flavors to develop and the texture to become firm and fragrant. This cured meat stands out for its balanced and delicately spiced flavor profile, with a soft, flavorful slice.
