Spuntinelle bread

Description

Spuntinelle classic sliced bread. Ingredients: wheat flour type 0, water, fresh pasteurised whole milk, olive oil, salt, yeast, malt flour and soy flour. Slices of bread obtained from the softest and middle part of loaves of bread without the crust. Their softness makes them perfect for rolling, for making sandwiches and toast.
