This larger Campana DOP buffalo mozzarella contains all the authentic taste of Campana tradition, made with 100% whole buffalo milk
pasteurized, harvested exclusively in the DOP area and produced in full compliance with the specifications of the Protection Consortium. Round in shape, it has a very thin and smooth skin, with a porcelain white colour, which envelops a fibrous and slightly melting paste. On the palate it offers a characteristic and delicate flavour, accompanied by a typical and aromatic smell that expresses all the authenticity of buffalo milk. A symbol of Italian dairy excellence, it is perfect to enjoy plain or as the protagonist of fresh and refined dishes. Store in the refrigerator between 0°C and +4°C.
