Orange veloute

Description

Veloute made with italian ground candied orange and mustard flavouring. Made by an artisan workshop in Cremona that selects and hand-processes the best raw materials using natural ingredients and respecting the procedures and times of artisan processing. The methods, temperatures, and cooking times are studied to preserve the organoleptic properties of the raw materials. Perfect to accompany winter dishes and enhance the flavour of fresh, creamy cheeses.
