Description

Bittersweet chutney sauce made from golden onions, wine vinegar, wine, salt, sugar, cherry liqueur and pepper. Artisanally produced by a company located in the heart of the Seriana Valley, which makes typical Bergamo products, following the local tradition but with a focus on new recipes, elaborated with genuine, seasonal raw materials, processed strictly by hand. Excellent with semi-fat alpine cheeses and fresh bread.
