Rosa dei Frati Riviera del Garda DOC. 12,5% Vol. Contain sulphites. Very fine perlage and antique pink color, The nose is extremely elegant with saline notes that give way to hints of small red fruits and rose petal. On the palate it is pleasant and tasty, the fruity flavors are rediscovered and all the elegance is reconfirmed. The bubble is delicate and caressing, the saline sensation and freshness highlight the easy drinking of this sparkling wine. The Ca' dei Frati winery is a Sirmione winery that operates with the utmost respect for the raw material by vinifying the grapes separately. Suitable for aperitifs and during meals with elaborate or fish dishes.
