Description

Cuvée dei Frati Brut classic method wine, 13% Vol. A wine with a fine, continuous perlage and a yellow/gold colour with green reflections. The nose is fragrant, with notes of biscuit and hazelnut, hay and aged tobacco. The Ca' dei Frati winery in Sirmione operates with the utmost respect for the raw material by vinifying the grapes separately. Ideal as an aperitif, also excellent with freshwater fish and summer salads.
