Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG. 5,5% Vol. Contains sulphites. Light ruby red color with purple highlights, lively mousse and insistent perlage. Lush, fragrant and aromatic, clear hints of ripe red fruit and rose withered. Taste sweet, soft, delicate, sparkling, persuasive, with long aromatic persistence. Produced by a Piedmontese winery that follows tradition, passion and environment. Ideal when paired with strawberries, berries, dried fruits. With dry pastries and baked desserts, from Christmas panettone to tarts. It goes well with chocolate.
