Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG wine. 5.5% Vol. A light ruby red wine with purple reflections, lively mousse and insistent perlage. Lush, fragrant and aromatic bouquet, clear hints of ripe red fruit and withered roses. It has a sweet, soft, delicate, sparkling, persuasive flavour with a long aromatic persistence. Produced with passion by a Piedmontese company that respects tradition and the environment. Ideal with strawberries, berries and dried fruit, or with dry pastries and baked desserts, from Christmas panettone to tarts.
