Description

Spicy Gorgonzola cheese PDO in ATM tray. Ingredients: pasteurised whole cow's milk, selected milk enzymes, dried sea salt, rennet of animal origin and selected moulds belonging to the Penicillium genus. It's an uncooked cheese that is aged for a minimum of 80 days; it's a product with a strong, sharp flavour and an intense smell. It has a pink wrinkled rind, while the paste, which has a rather soft consistency, is straw-white in colour with blue-greenish veins. Perfect as a table cheese, but also for making numerous recipes.
