Gorgonzola sweet DOP

Description

Gorgonzola cheese PDO dolce pizzeria in ATM tray. Ingredients: pasteurised whole cow's milk, selected milk enzymes, dried sea salt, rennet of animal origin and selected moulds belonging to the Penicillium genus. It is an uncooked cheese that is aged for a minimum of 50 days; it has a melting flavour, perfect for garnishing pizzas thanks to its softness. It has a wrinkled pink rind, while the paste, which has a rather soft consistency, is straw-white in colour with blue-greenish veins. Perfect as a table cheese, but also for making numerous recipes.
