Oro4Food Creamy Sweet Gorgonzola DOP is a raw cheese made with pasteurized whole cow's milk from farms in the Gorgonzola Protection Consortium. Traditional processing and aging for at least 50 days give the cheese a soft, velvety texture, with the straw-white paste crossed by elegant blue-green veins. The wrinkled, pink outer crust protects the creamy, aromatic heart of the cheese, while the sweet, delicate flavor makes it perfect for sensitive palates. It can be enjoyed on its own as a table cheese or used to enrich salads, sauces, risottos and numerous other preparations. Store between 2°C and 6°C.
