Sweet Gorgonzola PDO cheese "a cucchiaio" gran riserva. Ingredients: whole cow's milk from farms in the provinces of the Gorgonzola Cheese Protection Consortium territory, selected milk enzymes, dried sea salt, rennet of animal origin, selected moulds belonging to the Penicillium genus. A product with a pleasant, appetising smell and sweet taste. Ideal to be enjoyed by the spoonful combined with honey, nuts and pears, or to make appetisers.
