Gorgonzola DOP Dolce Igor Gran Riserva Leonardi offers a creamy and indulgent experience, created for those who love the characteristic sweet flavour of Gorgonzola. Made with pasteurised whole cow's milk sourced from certified farms within the territory of the Consorzio di Tutela, it has a soft, velvety texture with the typical blue-green veins, while its rough, pinkish, non-edible rind completes its distinctive appearance. Perfect for enjoying by the spoonful, its sweet and harmonious flavour pairs elegantly with honey, dried fruit and pears, while also lending itself to refined appetisers, creams, sauces and a wide range of gourmet preparations. Its silky texture makes it easy to use in professional kitchens, adding creaminess and character to recipes. Particular attention is also paid to the packaging: the cheese, wrapped in embossed aluminium foil and placed in its characteristic wooden container, is packed in a plastic tray sealed with heat-sealed film, designed to help preserve its quality and freshness and protect the product from oxidation.
