Gorgonzola DOP Igor is a raw cheese made with pasteurized whole cow's milk from farms located in the provinces of the Gorgonzola Protection Consortium. Presented in practical cubes, this cheese maintains a soft and creamy paste, characterised by the typical straw-white colour with blue-greenish veins of the blue hairs. The flavor is sweet and delicate, with a pleasant and slightly tantalizing aroma, perfect both for enjoying on its own and for enriching salads, pasta, risottos or other professional gastronomic preparations.
