Description

Sweet Gorgonzola PDO cheese, destemmed and diced. Ingredients: pasteurised whole cow's milk from farms in the provinces of the Gorgonzola Cheese Protection Consortium territory, selected milk enzymes, dried sea salt, animal rennet and selected moulds belonging to the Penicillium genus. A product with a soft consistency, a strong smell and a distinctive, intense taste. Perfect for enriching salads, pasta and risottos.
