Milk chocolate drops with a minimum of 38% cocoa, produced by Domori, are crafted through a meticulous process that follows the beans from selection to final transformation, including roasting, refining, conching and tempering, before being shaped into practical drops. The result is a chocolate with the characteristic colour of milk chocolate, a compact structure and a smooth, even melt. On the palate, it reveals a rich and harmonious aromatic profile: the dominant cocoa note intertwines with hints of coconut, hazelnut, bread crust and delicate spicy nuances, creating a full and persistent flavour. The cocoa comes from Côte d’Ivoire, within a fair-trade supply chain project supported by the ChocoFair Côte d’Ivoire network, committed to biodiversity protection and the promotion of sustainable agricultural practices. The drop format ensures precise dosing and controlled melting, making them ideal for professional pastry-making, leavened products, cookies, plated desserts and baked preparations. Store in a cool, dry, odour-free place at a temperature between 14°C and 20°C.
