Bufarolo Quattro Portoni is an aged cheese made from 100% Italian whole pasteurized buffalo milk, reinterpreting the Lombard tradition of short-aged cheeses. It has a thin, fluted ivory-white rind and a crumbly, sometimes chalky paste without holes. On the nose, it offers fresh notes of milk and cream, while on the palate it delivers a rich, round, and harmonious flavor, enhanced by the natural creaminess of buffalo milk. Awarded at the World Championship Cheese Contest, it is an artisanal excellence that conveys the authenticity of the Lombard territory. Keep between +1°C and +6°C.
