Soft ‘Leonardo’ table cheese matured for at least 90 days, made from pasteurised Italian cow's milk, salt and rennet. A product with a crumbly texture and an acidulous, aromatic flavour. Thanks to its soft texture, it is perfect for spreading on crostini or toasted bread, for making sauces to go with pasta, or for filling savoury pies.
