Gorgonzola DOP Arrigoni is a soft table cheese that encompasses centuries of Italian dairy craftsmanship. Obtained from 100% Italian whole cow's milk, it is processed with selected ferments and molds that give rise to the typical natural blue-veined, unmistakable aroma. The creamy, soft, straw-yellow pasta is distinguished by a balanced and aromatic taste, which varies from sweet to slightly spicy depending on its maturation, which lasts more than 50 days. The thin, wrinkled crust, covered with a light mold bloom, encloses a heart of pure creaminess and flavor. Naturally lactose-free and GMO-free, it is ideal to enjoy natural, in the kitchen or as the protagonist of gourmet dishes.
