Formagella Bronzone with pasteurised whole Italian milk, salt, rennet and milk enzymes. A semi-cooked cheese with a short maturation period (minimum 40 days) and a strong, persistent flavour. With its soft, compact paste, it is ideal to be enjoyed on its own, with honey or jam, or as an ingredient in a variety of recipes.
