PDO Greek feta cheese made from pasteurised sheep's and goat's milk, salt, milk enzymes, rennet and calcium chloride. It has a compact and uniform consistency and a slightly salty taste, with an aftertaste of sheep's/goat's milk and a light acidity. Ideal for starters and first courses.
