Crepes with Ricotta and Spinach g.75x10ct

Description

Frozen ricotta and spinach-flavoured crepes. Ingredients: ricotta cheese, rehydrated skim milk, wheat flour type 0, eggs, spinach, grated cheese, milk protein, potato starch, salt, sunflower oil and nutmeg. Preparation: bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, or in a frying pan for 3 minutes with a knob of butter. It is recommended to serve them au naturel with grated grana cheese, or with béchamel sauce.
