These mushroom crepes capture all the warmth and aroma of autumn: a soft, thin sheet that envelops a creamy filling, rich in aromas and with an enveloping taste. Their balanced texture makes them perfect for quick preparations, whether in a pan, where you simply melt a knob of butter and cook them for 2–3 minutes per side; or in the oven, preheated to 180–200°C for 10–15 minutes. Simply let them defrost for about fifteen minutes before cooking to obtain a dish ready to enhance seasonal menus, elegant appetizers or first courses that focus on taste and simplicity. Excellent with a light gratin based on béchamel or cream, they express all their delicacy even served plain, with a veil of melted butter and a grated cheese.
