Semi-finished product for pizza obtained by mixing type 00 wheat flour, remilled durum wheat semolina, wheat germ flour, malted wheat flour and alpha amylase. Ideal for professional pizza production, it is used to create a crispy pizza with a strong flavour and high digestibility that recalls the typical Neapolitan pizza.
