NOTES OF MILK AND DRIED FRUIT
Valtellina Casera DOP from the Latteria Sociale di Chiuro is a semi-hard cheese made with pasteurized Italian cow's milk. Its maturation of more than 70 days develops a compact paste with fine and diffuse eyes, while the smooth, edible and natural crust contains a balanced aromatic profile. The pasta, ranging in color from white to straw yellow depending on its maturation, is distinguished by a sweet, floral flavor, embellished with delicate notes of medium-intensity dried fruit. Ideal for catering and catering, Valtellina Casera DOP lends itself to both classic and creative preparations: excellent grated over risottos, stuffed pastas, and gnocchi, ideal in appetizers or gourmet cutting boards, or served diced as an ingredient in delicious salads.
