Description

Valtellina Casera DOP cheese made from Italian cow's milk, salt and rennet. It is a semi-hard cheese made from pasteurised milk, produced according to the Valtellina Casera PDO regulations and matured for over 70 days. It has a sweet, floral flavour with a hint of medium dried fruit and its paste has a colour ranging from white to straw yellow, depending on maturation. Ideal for first courses.
