RAW AND FRESH, WITH A DELICATE, FRAGRANT AND ROUNDED FLAVOUR An artisanal specialty made from selected adult beef, dry-salted with sea salt and enriched with natural herbs, then tenderised following the authentic South Tyrolean recipe. Carne Salada stands out for its delicate, fragrant and enveloping flavour. Perfect served as carpaccio with olive oil and lemon, also ideal for preparing tartare, or lightly pan-seared with a drizzle of oil and paired with your favourite side dishes. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C.
