Caciocavallo Silano DOP Croce di Magara is the jewel in the crown of Calabrian dairy tradition, produced exclusively with thermized 100% Calabrian cow's milk and in full compliance with the Consortium's DOP specifications. It is a stretched curd cheese aged for at least 30 days, with a sweet and aromatic flavor, which as it matures evolves towards firmer and slightly spicy notes. Its compact and fragrant pasta makes it perfect both as a table cheese and as an ingredient in authentic-tasting Mediterranean recipes.
