Artichoke bruschetta in extra virgin olive oil with artichokes, lemon, black pepper, peppers, garlic, bay leaf, salt and citric acid. Ideal as an aperitif spread on toasted bread, with crackers and breadsticks, or as a side dish for fish dishes.
