French soft Brie cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk, salt, milk enzymes, vegetable rennet and penicillium. It is a cheese with a light, edible, flowery white rind, an even and compact white paste and a full milk flavour. Perfect on crackers or slices of bread, but also with seasonal fruit.
